News
Welcome to our 3Bs Website.
2012 has started of with a bang. A glorius news Eve, a party on New Years day, and a trip to North Haven. North Haven was such a buzz they have already asked to re book for 2013. And Lawson Bowling Club has asked to book us for NYE 2012. It's hard to think that far ahead sometimes. Now we are taking a break for a while. But not without some exciting news.
The 3Bs is now presenting a new show this year, as well as "The 3Bs Show" which will keep the same lineup. Ron and Brett have teamed up with our sound guy Paul Dengate on Bass, and an old friend Steve McLoughlin on Keyboards and trumpet. What is the new show you say. Remember a TV show from the mid 60's with 4 fun loving guys, and lots of big hits? You guessed it. The new show is called "The Monkees Live again" and our first big show is at Asquith leagues on Saturday the 28th of April 2012. So please come and join us, you will be surprised how many songs you remember.
"The Monkees Live again" www.3bs.com.au/monkees is performing it's premier gig by playing support for "The 3Bs Show" for our number one fans special 50th birthday. Happy Birthday to you Fiona from all the boys from both bands. We love your enthusiasm and are very excited that our Premier Monkees show will be with you and all your friends. Can't forget a special mention for Joanne, and we are looking forward to playing for your birthday on the 28th of July as well.
Here are some emails we have received in past year or so:
Hi Guys, "I saw you Saturday night at Merrylands and you totally blew my mind. The amount of work that you guys have put into the show, in addition to your respective singing talents, is IMPRESSIVE. And what you do with your voices to get the actual sound of the bands you cover is phenomenal. Doing a passably good imitation isn't easy – let alone acting it like you guys do." "I don't know if you appreciate how special and how healing that is for the people in the audience." Excerpt from Angela 2nd March.
Hi Ron, how are you all we hope you are all well. We are looking forward to seeing the 3bs on 12 of march. The singing hands choir did not make it though to the next rounded of the australia got talent, and we may never find out why we did not make it. From your biggest fans Joanne , Fonia, Chris

Hi Guys.
My husband and I saw your show at Rooty hill and we really enjoyed your show, you did a great job. My husband and I are going through a bit of a difficult time at the moment and seeing your show made us feel really great. Thanks to you all.

Hi there,
Just wanted to say what a great night we all had last Saturday (28 March) at the Dural Country Club.
All 14 of us were thoroughly entertained, from start to finish. Clapping, singing and busting out our best moves.
It's a massive ask to perform three legendary bands but it was a spectacular performance which I have already begun promoting to friends and family.
Best wishes,
Paul
